We were pleased to support further pioneering research into childrens’ cancer at Oxford University. This project aims to analyse High-Grade Glioma (HGG) cell lines and identify which use the ALT pathway — a critical gap in current research knowledge. The findings will help researchers worldwide select the most appropriate HGG cell line for their work, supporting both basic biology studies and drug development.

If successful, the project will provide a fully characterised cell system in which to study this poorly understood pathway, with direct relevance to improving treatments for people living with HGG.
