This project focuses on improving the diagnosis and prognosis of adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), a disease with a poor outlook that affects young people. Dr Jarvis’s team believes that specific lipid oncometabolites are key to cancer progression in ACC.

They will use new technologies to analyse these lipids, aiming to improve the accuracy of diagnosis and help plan future treatments for patients.
