On Sunday 19th October, over 50 runners and walkers gathered at Headstone Manor Park in Harrow for the third edition of the ACT 10K walk / run.

Despite grey skies and a fresh autumn chill, the atmosphere was anything but grey — smiles, laughter, and a wonderful sense of togetherness filled the morning as participants set off around the park, united by a shared purpose.

Families, friends, and supporters of all ages took part, some running, some walking, all carrying with them a deeply personal connection to the cause. Each participant was encouraged to raise a minimum of £50 for the Arcobaleno Cancer Trust and the collective effort was extraordinary — together, they raised over £2,800 to support cancer awareness and vital ongoing research.

Now in its third year, the 10k Walk / Run continues to grow in spirit and in community, and we are grateful to everyone who laced up their trainers, braved the October weather, and gave their Sunday morning to make a real difference in the fight against cancer.
