Race Night 2025

This year marked a special milestone — our 10th Race Night – and what a night it was!

Over 350 enthusiastic supporters joined us, helping to raise an incredible £66,696.98 — far exceeding our expectations.

Thanks to a generous pledge from the Siobhan Superstar Legacy, we are now on track to reach our ambitious target of £73,833.

Siobhan Superstar Legacy was established in 2021 in loving memory of Siobhan Mather.

Siobhan tragically lost her battle with neuroblastoma, just after her 4th birthday. This funding will fully support a vital project that makes a real difference:

The Royal Marsden’s Precision Therapeutic Clinical Research Fellows in Gastrointestinal Cancers.

These cancers affect the digestive system, including the liver, biliary system, pancreas, and neuroendocrine system.

Dr. Irene Chong, Head of Clinical Oncology, is leading ground-breaking research at The Royal Marsden’s Gastrointestinal Clinical Trials Unit.

They are developing biomarker-driven clinical trials, based on pioneering discoveries, made in the laboratory.
